Child & Youth Psychotherapist (Independent Contractor)

Embodied Resilience is expanding into a full-service wellness clinic that integrates mental and physical health. With a strong focus on neurodivergence, we provide a collaborative environment where mental health professionals work alongside physical health practitioners to offer holistic care. We are in the process of securing a physical space in London, ON, and this is an opportunity to be part of our growth from the ground up, shaping the practice as we establish our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy services to children, youth, and families in-person at our London, ON clinic.
• Create neurodivergent-affirming treatment plans that support emotional regulation, executive functioning, social skills, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintain proper documentation and ethical standards in accordance with your regulatory body.
• Contribute to our growing practice by sharing insights, attending team meetings, and participating in case consultation (optional but encouraged).

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
• Registration in good standing with a recognized professional college (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO).
• Experience working with neurodivergent children and youth, with an emphasis on strengths-based and affirming care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for neurodivergence-affirming and trauma-informed care.
